Jordan is the COO at opsci.ai, where he develops advanced data processing methodologies for opinion analysis, risk assessment, and innovation for the common good. He designs tools to transform large-scale digital footprints into actionable insights, and deploys strategic storytelling to help organizations foster their influence.
Since 2024, he has been leading the European Commission's European Narrative Observatory, which builds disinformation detection and analysis products for fact-checkers and OSINT investigators. He began his career as a journalist and then a content marketing specialist. He served as the Chief Digital Officer for the City of Paris between 2018 and 2020.
