An advocate for a whole-of-society mobilization in hybrid warfare, he designs comprehensive informational transformation programs for a lasting impact on the public sphere and democratic integrity. A long-standing consultant and speaker on influence and opinion analysis, he currently teaches at IEP Saint-Germain-en-Laye (Sciences Po).
